Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
This pumpkin pie smoothie bowl is the perfect fall recipe! Pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spicealmond milk, bananas, Greek yogurt, and Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Powder are blended together to make a quick breakfast!
Servings: 1 large smoothie bowl or 2 Small Bowls
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1 banana
- 3 Tbsp Greek Yogurt Vanilla, Plain, or Pumpkin
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Powder French Vanilla (Chocolate might give a great flavor as well!)
Topping Options
- Coconut
- Pecans
- Almonds
- Dried Cranberries Raisins, Cherries, etc.
- Sunflower Seeds
- Honey
- Maple Syrup
In a high-powered blender, pour in almond milk, pumpkin puree, banana, Greek Yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, ice, and Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Powder.
Blend on high, until mix is smooth.
Pour into a large bowl.
Top with coconut, pecans, almonds, dried cranberries, raisins, dried cherries, or sunflower seeds. If desired, top with honey or extra maple syrup.
Serve immediately.
