(Easy) Baked Blueberry Orange Beignets
These baked beignets can be whipped up in a matter of minutes and are filled with a sweet blueberry orange jam! Rolled in cinnamon sugar and topped with powdered sugar and orange zest, this easy beignet recipe is sure to be a hit at your next breakfast or brunch!

Servings: 8 Baked Beignets
- 1 can flaky biscuit dough
- 1 cup blueberry orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
- powdered sugar for dusting
- orange zest for dusting
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat out each piece of biscuit dough into a rectangular shape (or as close as you can get to it), leaving the dough about 1/4" thick.
Place about 2 Tbsp of marmalade into the center of each dough. Fold the dough over, and crimp the edges closed with your fingers.
Dip each beignet in the cinnamon sugar mixture, coating all sides. Place each on the baking sheet evenly spaced apart.
Bake for about 15-16 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and orange zest.
Serve immediately.
