- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 2 large apples thinly sliced (I used honey crisp but granny smith or gala would work as well)
- 2 Tbsp butter softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unfold puff pastry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
With a knife, carefully spread butter over the dough, stopping about 1/2 inch from the edge of the dough.
Sprinkle the dough with brown sugar, stopping about 1/2 inch from the edge of the dough.
Place apples over the dough in a line, overlapping as you go (also leaving a 1/2 inch border). Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until puff pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Enjoy!
