Weekend Cravings

It’s Friday! High fives all around because it’s finally the weekend and last night actually got under 60 degrees, which is quite the feat for California since it’s been going through this awesome October heat wave.

Yeah, I’m a little bitter.

But.

There is a silver lining.

Since I’m fairly seasonally challenged (I blame California for my problems), I wear flip flops all the time. But really, like all the time. When it’s the north pole outside and I still make my terrible flip flop decisions (because sometimes they are just so comfortable), my toes get really cold. So while the inferno continues to blaze here in sunny C of A, I can still wear my flip flops comfortably.

1. Maple Glazed Banana Bread

Yes, this is a thing that exists (although my pants wish it didn’t)

2. Pumpkin Pie Dream Bars

Pumpkin pie in bar form…so, it’s totally acceptable to eat more than one piece.

Peanut Butter Pretzel Brownies

Because pb and chocolate (pronounced shock-o-lot) makes the world go round.

Dark Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookies

I’ve never met a cookie I couldn’t be friends with. Unless it’s made with mockolate (Friends anyone?!)
