These easy RITZ Crackers appetizers are made 4 different ways, with both sweet and savory ingredients, making them a great appetizer choice for any party or gathering!
If there’s one thing I’m certain of, it’s that appetizers make everything better. Parties, weddings, family gatherings—you name the event, and I guarantee appetizers would make it infinitely more fun.
It’s really just a theory, but I know I’ve never felt unhappy when eating appetizers (especially when said appetizers include RITZ Crackers, because, O-Mmmm-G!). It seems like pretty solid logic, right?
After trying any one of these 4 RITZ Cracker Appetizers I’m sharing with you, I have this sneaking suspicion you’ll feel the exact same way. I mean, RITZ Crackers, cream cheese, and amazing toppings?! Oh yeah.
Plus, we’ve got sweet, we’ve got savory, we’ve got chocolate, we’ve got spicy—we’ve pretty much got whatever your heart desires.
High-fives all around.
Okay, so since there are 4 recipes to chat about, let’s just dive on in head first.
First up? The savory recipes:
1. Jalapeño Popper Topper
and
2. Cilantro, Tomato, & Roasted Corn
With the Jalapeño Popper Topper, this recipe only has 4-ingredients: jalapeños, cream cheese, shredded Mexican cheddar cheese, and RITZ Crackers. These are briefly baked in the oven, giving the cream cheese & cheddar mixture a warm, creamy consistency, which pairs perfectly with the jalapeño on top.
For the Cilantro, Tomato, & Roasted Corn recipe, you need 5-ingredients: cilantro, tomatoes, roasted corn, cream cheese, and RITZ Crackers. Similarly, these are also baked in the oven, and then are topped with the tomato and corn relish.
Both of these can be whipped up in under 20 minutes, which means they are such an easy appetizer for a party, or even for a quick afternoon snack.
Moving onto the sweet recipes:
1. Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
and
2. Chocolate Strawberry Hazelnut (with a chocolate covered strawberry half!)
When it comes to the Strawberry Cheesecake Bites recipe, all you need is strawberry pie filling (homemade or store-bought), cream cheese, and RITZ Crackers. The sweetness of the pie filling mixed with the saltiness of the RITZ Cracker is unbeatable.
For the Chocolate Strawberry Hazelnut recipe, you need cream cheese, chocolate hazelnut spread, strawberries, melted chocolate, and RITZ Crackers. The strawberries are dipped in melted chocolate and then are placed on top of the cream cheese and chocolate hazelnut spread mixture. The saltiness of the RITZ Crackers totally enhances the chocolate flavor, making this a super fun sweet appetizer.
