{Mild} Tropical Salsa: This easy salsa is filled with pineapple, mangos, peaches, and Hunt's tomatoes! Perfect for summer! | www.alattefood.comHelllooo, summer!

If this was the only salsa left on earth, I wouldn’t be mad about it. It’s all-encompassing with its ability to be the perfect dip for chips, topping on grilled chicken, or dressing for a southwestern salad. Oooh, or a sauce for breakfast burritos! I adore breakfast burritos.

I just gave you ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack with one recipe. You are so welcome.

Let it be known that fruit salsa has the makings of any meal. #glory

Perfect for summer! | www.alattefood.comGuys, I am confident you are going to love this salsa. Not only does it taste great, but it is incredibly easy to whip up a huge batch since the recipe calls for Hunt’s tomatoes, which in my opinion, happen to be the king of all canned tomato products. It’s been my family’s go-to product for years and years and years (I’m not that old, but you’re picking up what I’m putting down, right?).

Hunt’s does it right.

And this salsa does Memorial Day right. Chips and salsa are a staple in my household, and there is no better way to kick off the summer than with a tropical salsa that will have you feeling like you’re on the beaches of Tahiti.

Perfect for summer! | www.alattefood.comAll right, so you know how most fruit salsas are full of fruit but typically devoid of anything else, like the great ingredient that is a tomato? Aka, the substantial foundation for a salsa recipe?

Don’t get me wrong, those fruit salsas are glorious, but I sometimes miss the nice tang the tomato brings. It blends so well with summery, tropical fruits like pineapple, peaches, and mangos, which coincidentally (or not so coincidentally) are the fruit components of this tropical salsa.

Holla!

But, really, it’s great. The struggle was so real trying not to eat all of this salsa before photographing it.

    1. Thanks, Katie! 🙂 I’m such a wimp when it comes to spice that I’ve got to go mild, haha!

  5. Just made this and it’s delicious. Did you peel your peaches? I peeled mine but the pic looks like you might have left the peeling on. Also, i couldn’t find the can of diced green chilis so i replaced it with some jar mild banana peppers and it turned out very nice. Thanks for sharing the recipe, it was exactly what i was looking for to bring to a tropical themed party.
