{30-Minute} Mini Vanilla Cinnamon Rolls: These bite-sized cinnamon rolls are full of gooey cinnamon vanilla filling and topped with a vanilla coffee glaze!
Yessssss.
And this Friday I am bringing you the daintiest, most adorable bite-sized cinnamon rolls–that can be made in 30-minutes.
And they have a vanilla coffee glaze.
It’s breakfast and your morning java all rolled into one! Of course, I still had a cup (or three) with these, because, well, it’s me and coffee is my lifeline.
Plus, I had all the glorious Vanilla Coffee from Singing Dog Vanilla brewed for the cinnamon rolls’ coffee glaze, so I couldn’t not finish it up, ya know?
And, they’re coffee is really, really good. Understatement of the year.
What makes these rolls so incredibly easy is that they begin with pre-made biscuit dough. I used a can of seamless crescent roll dough, but if you can’t find the seamless kind, a tube of regular crescent roll dough will work fine (you’ll just have to pinch the seams together).
Next, the dough’s filling is a combination of butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and Singing Dog Vanilla’s vanilla extract.
FYI, the filling’s pretty much the best thing ever.
And the glaze. The glaze is also pretty much the best thing ever. It’s a combination of Singing Dog Vanilla’s vanilla coffee, powdered sugar, and milk.
Ohhh yeaahhh.
You could be eating these in 30-minutes. Do it.
- 1 8 oz tube of seamless crescent roll dough if you can't find seamless, regular crescent roll dough works fine
- 4 Tbsp butter softened
- 5 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract like Singing Dog Vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp brewed vanilla coffee like Singing Dog Vanilla
- 1-2 Tbsp whole milk or heavy cream
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12-count mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Roll out the biscuit dough (if using regular crescent roll dough, pinch the seams together) and spread softened butter evenly over the dough.
- Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and spread the mixture over the butter, making sure to spread all the way to the ends.
- Roll the dough tightly, and cut into 12 equal rounds.
- Place the rolls in the mini muffin tin, and bake for about 12-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, mix together 2 Tbsp brewed coffee, powdered sugar, and 1 Tbsp whole milk (or heavy cream). If the glaze is too thick, add in more milk and coffee (depending upon your desired consistency).
- Drizzle (or dunk) rolls in the glaze.
- Enjoy!
