Have you seen The Secret Life of Walter Mitty? That movie is surprisingly and unexpectedly excellent. Plus, the soundtrack is good. And that’s an understatement.

There wasn’t much hype about the movie (that I know of) when it was released, and I didn’t actually watch the film until quite a few months after its release. I saw it for the first time on the plane as I was flying home from NYC, and with half the film taking place in Manhattan, I was filled with such giddiness that I had literally just walked those same streets that I really wanted to tell the people sitting next to me “I’ve been there!” “See that bench? I think I sat on it!” But considering both people in my row were currently sawing logs, I felt it was inappropriate to wake them. Plus, I had this feeling they would not have shared my same joy. Weird.

Clementine cake plays a semi-big role in the movie, and every time I watch the movie, I always think I’m going to try my hand at it. And I had great intentions of making it yesterday… But then I saw marshmallow fluff in the pantry and all thoughts of clementine cake were replaced with marshmallow fluff dip.

Chocolate marshmallow fluff to be exact.

{3-ingredient} Chocolate Fluff Dip | A Latte Food {3-ingredient} Chocolate Fluff Dip | A Latte FoodI could eat this fluff with a spoon and be 100% content. It’s like cheesecake meets s’mores and it’s perhaps my favorite fruit dip. I love the original–the 2-ingredient fluff dip that’s just marshmallow fluff and cream cheese–but the chocolate adds a nice spin on the classic.

The 3 ingredients in this recipe are: marshmallow fluff, cream cheese, and cocoa powder.

So simple. In fact, all three ingredients are whipped together until combined and fluffy, chilled (because warm cream cheese just shouldn’t happen), and then eaten up. With a spoon. With cookies. Or grams. And definitely strawberries.

Clementines would probably taste great in this (see how I brought this around full circle?) because chocolate and orange is a flavor combo I have a newfound love for.
